The fixed written quote follows within 24 hours of the walkthrough, broken into the tasks done every visit and the ones rotating weekly, monthly or quarterly. Urgent jobs, such as an end-of-lease clean with an inspection date, can usually be brought forward if you tell us the deadline when you call.

Clean Best will not price a commercial building it has not walked, because floor area alone tells us almost nothing about the work involved. For straightforward residential jobs we can often quote from a detailed description of the property, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any problem areas. Either way the price is fixed and confirmed in writing before the first visit, and the walkthrough itself is free and carries no obligation.

Clean Best has no minimum contract and no lock-in term. Commercial clients work on a rolling agreement with 30 days notice on either side, and residential schedules can be changed or stopped whenever you need. For very small one-off jobs we may suggest combining tasks into a single visit so the callout is worth your money, and we will tell you plainly if a job is too small for us to do well rather than take it and disappoint you.

Clean Best runs most of its commercial work outside business hours — evenings for offices, overnight for childcare centres, early mornings for gyms. Before the first shift we document exactly how your cleaner enters and secures the site: swipe card, key safe, alarm code, concierge sign-in or lift restrictions. Each cleaner is inducted on that procedure individually, the entry and exit are logged, and keys and codes are issued only to the cleaner and supervisor assigned to you.
