Clean Best is asked for commercial, office and strata cleaning more than anything else. The full range runs to twelve: commercial, office, warehouse, strata, medical centre, childcare, home, carpet, gym, school, end of lease and church. Most clients start with one and add a second to the same schedule — an office contract that later picks up carpet extraction, or a warehouse that adds its front office. It all runs on one supervisor, one site register and one monthly invoice.

Clean Best works across the Sydney metropolitan area and greater NSW from a base at 77 Garfield Street, Wentworthville. That covers the CBD and inner suburbs, the Inner West, the North Shore and Northern Beaches, the Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney, the Hills District, South West Sydney and the St George and Sutherland areas. Clean Best charges for neither. The walkthrough is free, we come at a time that suits your operation including after hours, and there is no obligation attached to it. You receive a fixed written quote within 24 hours of that visit, itemised so you can see exactly what is scoped. If your current cleaner is doing a good job and our price does not beat the value, we will tell you that rather than talk you into switching.

Clean Best never uses one. Every agreement is a rolling arrangement with 30 days notice on either side. A lock-in contract protects the cleaner rather than the client — once the signature is on the page there is very little incentive to keep the standard up in month nine. We would rather have to earn the renewal every month, on every site, which is a considerably more uncomfortable and considerably more honest position to hold.

Yes — Clean Best carries $20m public liability cover, and every cleaner holds a current National Police Check before their first shift. Cleaners working in childcare centres and schools also hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check. We supply certificates of currency, safe work method statements and site inductions to facilities managers, strata committees and practice managers on request, before the first shift rather than after somebody chases us for them.

Multi-site clients get one point of contact, one named supervisor accountable across every location, a single site register, and one consolidated monthly invoice instead of chasing separate contractors in separate suburbs. Each site still keeps its own written scope and its own consistent cleaner, because a shared schedule staffed by anonymous cleaners is precisely how multi-site cleaning falls over.
